Just like anyone else, I have a personal life and also need sleep (Shocker, I know). With that being said, my hours of operation are from 9 AM (EST) to 5 PM (EST).
Any messages or applications submitted outside of these designated business hours will be answered upon the next available business day.

Contact!

This begins at the END of your consultation. After all terms and conditions have been agreed upon, you will recieve and invoice for a 50% deposit that MUST be payed uprfront. The final half of your payment will be due the day of the agreed upon session.
*For any client who chooses the 'A Little Piece of Heaven' Wedding package, your final payment will be due the day of the wedding ceremony.*
- Should you refuse to pay the deposit or not have the proper amount of funding to meet the deposit requirements, you will NOT be allowed to sign the contract and your booking status will be deemed as PENDING until payment is recieved. However, this means that the date and time slot you are applying for will still be listed as AVAILABLE to other clients and DOES NOT guarantee your reservation.
- IF you know you before the consultation that you will not be able to pay the full 50% deposit, it is imperative that you let me know as soon as possible so we can come to an agreement on a modified deposit amount.
Sneak Peeks & Changes

After your photoshoot/event has concluded, you will be contacted via your preferred form of contact with your confirmed amount of sneak peeks that you will recieve.
- Once editing begins, you will recieve sneak peeks of a fully edited photo to confirm if you are happy with the editing style or not.
- While there is no sneak peek limit, there are change limits. With each photo you request a change on, that sneek peak will be deemed as one of your changes.
- Each confirmed change will be applied to the entire photo batch so you will not have to request it again in the future.
- Should you run out of your confirmed Changes, you will be notified of the use of your final confirmed change. You are allowed to purchase extra individual changes for $5 per change or purchase 10 extra changes for $25
Add-On's

The purchase of Add-On's is NOT required. You will NOT be penalized for purchasing Add-On's after both the deposit and final payment have been made.
- While it is recommended that you select any and all Add-On's you wish to have before the consultation, it's a-okay if you decide you do want to purchase any Add-On's later on down the line.
- Any Add-On's you purchase after both payments have been made will be their own seperate purchase that will require full payment uprfront.
Rescheduling

You are allowed to reschedule up to three times at NO extra charge. Should you exceed the three time reschedule limit, your booking will be deemed CANCELLED and you will recieve a FULL REFUND of your 50% Deposit.
*IF you are to purchase the 'A Little Piece of Heaven' Wedding Package and need to reschedule any of the sessions included within it, please reach out to me ASAP so we can come to a solution for you.*
Cancellations & No Shows

Life get's hectic, I completely understand that. There's going to be times you are not going to be able to make it to your booked appointment and that's okay!
- IN the event that you need to cancel your booked photoshoot/event a week prior to the shoot, you will NOT be charged for the final payment. However, per the contract you sign at the end of your consultation, all 50% deposits are deemed NON-REFUNDABLE.
- IN the event that you cancel 24 hours before your booked appointment, you WILL still be charged for the final payment of your booked session
- IN the event that you fail to show up within 30 minutes of your scheduled photography appointment, you will be deemed as a NO SHOW and you WILL still be charged for the final payment of your booked session.
- If you are running late to your appointment, do not hestitate to let me know. There is NO late fee.
Safety & Comfortability

As excited as I am to take your photos, the safety and comfortability of both you and I is my top priority.
- IN the event that I have to deem the location of your photoshoot a hazard to your safety and wellbeing, I will allow you to reschedule for another date and time and it will NOT count as a Reschedule on your end. You will also be given the option to CANCEL your appointment and you will still receive a refund of your 50% deposit and a discount towards your next booking should you decide to.
- IF at any point during your photoshoot, there is a pose you're not comfortable striking, I have said something that made you uncomfortable, or you just feel uneasy for any reason at all, it is IMPERATIVE that you tell me immediately. As long as you're comfortable, I'm comfortable. I would rather us take a break or know what I can do to avoid making you uncomfortable again in the future.
- If we end up going over on time because you needed a second you will NOT be charged for that. I get that I have to make a living, but I'm not an absolute monster. You've got feelings that matter too, do not let me or anyone diminish that.
